for first time membership must be processed in the
traditional manner for the time being.
Accordingly we provide
the relevant
forms below,
which you can download, print off, complete and submit to the address provided on the
form.
NOTE: The IICMS committee decided to waive membership
fees since 2008.This same form may also be used for
renewal of your membership.
Membership renewal (existing
members) is due on each new year.
